Villa Maria

The Villa Maria College team has been participating in regatta's for a number of years now. 

We promote dragonboating as a teambuilding venture for our Year 13 students only so each year the team starts from scratch. 

This year's team (2009-10) have improved in leaps and bounds having had only 5 weeks of training.  The girls have thoroughly enjoyed themselves and have definitely done themselves proud.  They are very competitive and are determined to improve even further at this regatta and will give it everything.

Thanks to Janice Melville who has given up time her yet again to coach and sweep for our team.  Thanks Janice!
